As a self confessed perfectionist and motoring enthusiast, experienced camper caravaner and RV owner in Canada, my wife and i undertook a project of buying a good used nearly new Rv here in the UK.

Having gone through this process in Canada and knowing that with such complex machines we would need the full support of a dealer that is both highly experienced and more importantly enthusiastic towards their product.

To that end i undertook a nationwide journey to visit all the major RV dealers without waning or appointment to see just how they reacted and formed an opinion of them after that experience.

The net result of this very interesting project was that for us there were only two that we would have been happy to deal with.
After our experience in Canada where we purchased a new 32ft rv we opted for a dealer close to the factory as we knew there were always going to be issues and there were, but the service was just fantastic and way beyond our best expectations!.

Travel world is a family owned business with all of the considerable credentials of our Canadian friends in Ontario (Morry's Trailer Sales) and have ALL the necessary experience, and super choice of both American rv's and european m/h's.

What is so special about this company is that they work as a team, have a most genuine interest in making sure that you the customer understands all the things that you need to know and making sure that you are happy with what is a pretty major decision and investment.

Small things that can make such a difference are apparent in ALL the staff at Travel world,

We had a good journey back, Andy had a cheesy grin on his face.

What I was amazed by is that every thing went so smoothly & how nicely we were treated. In the past we have brought so many new cars & our first MH, and once we handed over our money we were treated as if we didn’t count.

You are a credit to your firm we have had the pleasure in dealing with, how lucky we were.

We have never experienced such a hassle free service.

After seeing in the showroom the expensive RV’s you sell, and then with us buying a much cheaper model/make, we didn’t expect such a 1st class customer service.

Thank you for your recent 'News Letter' concerning Travelworld at Telford, England, being the new N&B distributors for the UK. We have been in contact with them during the past 6 months or so. They have been absolutely brilliant with their service and dedication with regard to liaising with N&B and resolving all the outstanding problems which we were experiencing with our ARTO 69EGB. They did, and continue to, provide an excellent service to us all.

I have just had some work done by Travelworld RV?, and I would like to advise you that all the work was completed to the highest standard, on time and reasonably priced. I was shown every courtesy and would have no problems in recommending them for all to use.

They are the only Company I have ever dealt with that have not had to tell me to come back in a few weeks when the rest of the spares are in stock; how they have managed it when no one else can seem to is a credit to them; and N+B for selecting them as the UK Dealership.

They are an extremely professional company and will no doubt take N+B to new levels in the UK. Please continue to support them as they are doing a fantastic job of representing you.

I have never seen so much advertising for N+B as they have managed, and it all seems to be in the right places. They have managed to get well prepared vehicle on test in the Caravan Club magazine with a really good write up. All good for the N+B name and of course for the good of existing owners who may wish to sell privately. I can not over emphasize how much good Travelworld RV ?is doing for the N&B name.

Again they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Many thanks for your hospitality during our visit last week. We both had good journeys home to Ringwood and I would inform you that the Flair performed extremely well and was extremely comfortable with no body rattles whatsoever

I was most impressed with your technicians particularly Colin who investigated the problems I highlighted and for prompt attention afforded me to enable me to get away for the journey South. Would you please thank Annabel for arranging the overnight stay and the refreshments she kindly provided.
